Where I can find a development documenyation for plugins?

Hello;
As I saw the current plugins for i-MSCP, I can't develop their without a full qualified knowledge of api-functions. So, it's no need to make an API documentations, but we need only developmet of the plugins docs.

was created, but it's empty now. Who can help me to fill it?

For the GUI plugins:

It's not so hard to create a plugin. First, you can have a look at https://github.com/i-MSCP/plugins for examples. Plugins are based on events. You can know list of existent events triggered in i-MSCP code there:
