i-MSCP welcome email gmail problem

    I have problem with welcome mail in i-MSCP. When I create a new client user with gmail email, message go in "spam". How to fix this?

    If the mail is going to the gmail junk folder, that means that the mail server is not well configured or that your IP is blacklisted. Gmail, hotmail... mail providers are really stricts:


    You should in order:

    • Make sure that your IP is not listed in any blacklist
    • Make sure that your reverse DNS is correctly set
    • Install the SPF plugin
    • Install the OpenDKIM plugin
    • Test your mail server here: https://www.mail-tester.com/

    What do you advise me? I use mydomain.com like i-mscp client user. If I reconfigure control panel to be mydomain.com will not confuse everything?

    Your mail server hostname doesn't matches with your reverse DNS.

    Yes I know. The problem is in my isp, she doesn't allow personal add PTR record.
