Update from 1.3.7 to 1.3.13 SQL issue (Access denied; you need the SUPER privilege)

when i will updated to the new version 1.3.13 i get the following error code:

Error was:

Servers::sqld::mysql::installer::_updateServerConfig: Error while executing statement: Access denied; you need (at least one of) the SUPER privilege(s) for this operation.
