The problem doesn't comes from i-MSCP. You have a wrong entry in your APT /etc/apt/sources.list file that refers to an old repository for Webmin. You must remove or update that repository in your APT /etc/apt/sources.list file, do an apt-get update and once done, rerun the i-MSCP installer.
