Good evening everybody.
I need help. I have version 1.1.14 i tryed upgrade to version 1.3.7 with autoinstall,
but there is problem with Monitorx, error and stop installation.
If i install back version 1.1.14 to uninstall plugin i can make nothing 
If i want setting or add new domain system say:

An error has been encountered
An exception with the following message has been thrown in file /var/www/imscp/gui/library/iMSCP/Config/Handler.php (Line: 97):Configuration variable `PHPINI_ALLOW_URL_FOPEN` is missing
Debian version: 7.11
