Logrotate error after migraftion

I never said it's a bug, I only asked for help ... how can I get it work?

All your last created threads will be closed because they are not directly related to i-MSCP. We have not time to teach you. There is dedicated forums for beginners on which you can ask for help (Ubuntu and Debian forums).

Here, the problem is due to the fact that you migrated your SQL data without more thinking. If you also imported the mysql table, you must also import your older /etc/mysql/debian.cnf file, or reset the debian-sys-maint password and update your current /etc/mysql/debian.cnf file...
