I never said it's a bug, I only asked for help ... how can I get it work?

    Code
    1. /etc/cron.daily/logrotate:
    2. mysqladmin: connect to server at 'localhost' failed
    3. error: 'Access denied for user 'debian-sys-maint'@'localhost' (using password: YES)'
    4. error: error running shared postrotate script for '/var/log/mysql/mysql.log /var/log/mysql/mysql-slow.log /var/log/mysql/error.log '
    5. run-parts: /etc/cron.daily/logrotate exited with return code 1

Here, the problem is due to the fact that you migrated your SQL data without more thinking. If you also imported the mysql table, you must also import your older /etc/mysql/debian.cnf file, or reset the debian-sys-maint password and update your current /etc/mysql/debian.cnf file...
