Hi,
is there a way to use a certificate generated with the Let's Encrypt Plugin for i-MSCP on my mailserver too? At the moment my mailclient replies "the certificate is invalid"

This is not yet possible but there is a workaround here: HowTo use LetsEncrypt for the i-MSCP control panel and services

But this workaround is only for the main domain and admin interface subdomain, right? I look for a way to use it for mail with every domain that have a lets encrypt certificate on that server. For example my server is maindomain.com and I would like to use it also for userdomain.com.

The workaround is for services SSL certificates and panel SSL certificate. What you want is not possible atm.
