About the TCP problem
Das habe ich geändert und angepasst. Komme aber noch immer nicht in das Panel. Auch ein Update mit der Umstellung auf TCP geht nicht. Danach startet wieder PHP nicht.
Keine Ahnung, was ich noch ändern soll. -

But the Public IP for the server is set to
IPs are not identical... This is surely due to the fact that the server is for testing purpose. -
