    Alright, when have you installed the plugin and enabled DKIM? Could it be DNS cache related, or has a lot of time passed since then?

    yes days have past since i added the txt record (5/7)
    installed a couple od days ago (5/7)
    activated a couple of days ago (5/7)

    switched on the server this morning and was going to install all new just to be shure.
    before i started i send a e-mail again to hotmail.
