Next release - 1.2.18 version replaced by 1.3.0 version

Dear community,

Due to major changes that were made into the 1.2.x branch, the 1.2.18 version that was initially planned will not be released. Instead, a new 1.3.0 minor version will be released. This will be first version in serie 1.3.x.

Regarding our git repositories

In order, the following tasks will be made on our git repositories:

• The current 1.3.x branch will be moved to 1.4.x branch. DONE
• The current 1.2.x branch (current master) will be copied to 1.3.x branch DONE
• The 1.2.x branch will be reset to the 1.2.17 version state. DONE
• The 1.3.x branch will be set as master. DONE

For those who want to know: I am away until 12 May.

The 1.3.0 version will be released when I will be back. I am currently at 1000 KM from my home and I have no access to my development environment.
