I currently use hosterdaddys kvm.
Im migrating to lunanode cloud kvm atm.
It has 8 gb ram and 8cores should help hopefully.

But that should be to much for a simple website. A SSD Drive is more important - and the connection
For the gameservers you are running I do not know, as I don't know them. -

From my experience, these issues are usually related to problems with the machine the VPS is running on. Sometimes there machine is overbooked, sometimes the Disk has issues.
