RoundCubePlugins 1.2.3: cannot change managesieve from yes to no

The bug is not on the RoundcubePlugins side. I think it is on the plugin manager itself I'll investigate.

Bug confirmed with 1.2.x and RoundcubePlugins from our incubator. I'll fix that now.
