I'm sorry to say that but your proftpd server is working as expected and FTP users are well created:

password: the password you entered.

I've also tried with your other ftp user: ftp@computerscherbarth.de

Works also as expected.

Found your error: You must enter full username such as ftp@computerscherbarth.de and not just ftp
