i-MSCP missing FTP menu

Hello

I just started using i-MSCP and have a very basic problem: How can I manage my FTP users from the panel? My installation seems to be missing the menu entry for FTP users and group management. This video (relevant screenshot in the attachments) and this forum post suggest that there is a UI for adding users. Being a newbie I don't even know if this functionality is part of the default distribution but then I haven't found a respective plugin either.

I appreciate any help, even the right search terms to solve the problem on my own would be helpful.

P. S. I'm using Ubuntu 14.04, i-MSCP 1.2.11 and ProFTPd 1.3.5rc3.

You need to add a "customer" and then you will be able to add "ftp user" under this customer.

In the first screenshot you posted, we can see the FTP menu.

Thank you both, now I see the FTP menu too. I had to create both a reseller and a customer first.
