could not open XML input

    I'm running two servers:
    1. Ubuntu 10.04.LTS
    Imscp version 1.2.8
    I'm using a parking page script which works fine


    2. Debian 8.1
    Imscp version 1.2.9
    With the same script as above i get
    could not open XML input


    Where do I start looking for clues???

    Into your script. We're not the oracle, need more informations :)

    I don't think the problem is with the script as it works well on the other server. It's something I use for parked domains, you can see it here http://holestheplay.com in case url's don't show holestheplay dot com
    It's called quickminisite and you can see the working version here: http://www.quickminisite.com/demo.php
    It simply calls news feeds from other sites. My working server (1 above, uses imscp version 1.2.7, not 8 as previously mentioned)

    What's not working? Blank page, error message..? May a php setting or module is missing, may a path is wrong...

    I'm sure fopen() is not allowed on your new system. On panel enable this php function for reseller and client and then retry..

    Hi Ninos, sorry for not responding earlier. Just wanted to say thanks, I thought I had enabled fopen, but nah!
