Listener: Apache change Symlink Options

Hi,

I have created this Listener because I have some instances of Typo3 running. I don't want for each customer an own Typo3-Source, so I outsourced the source.
For this, I must change the Option "SymLinksIfOwnerMatch" to "FollowSymlinks".

Yes, I know, it can be a security risk, but I have an eye on the rest on my system and I know what I do.

Maybe someone else need this little modification.
