LetsEncrypt First Installation - Mail Change

  • Hello,

I have installed LetsEncrypt the Firts Time on Debian Jessie and IMSCP 1.3.11. I changed my Administratzor Mail after Intsllation but before creating the First SSL Certificate. I run

    Code
    1. certbot-auto register --update-registration --email <new_email>

as described in the wiki, but obviously it was not necessary becaused the output was: "No account to update" was found. Have I done anything problematic, or is everything fine now although this error occured while running the mail update routine. I tried to activate imscp ssl services through letsecrypt this worked out fine.

    Thanks -

    You read badly...

You need to do that only when you change the default administrator email account in the imscp.conf file and only if the LetsEncrypt plugin was already used on your system.
