    Hi All,

I'm trying to upgrade my server (Debian 7.6 Wheezy), but I can't get the update of I-MSCP working.

Currently I have running master 20130723 (eagle). The reason for this is that is that it was suggested over here because it had bugfixes for some problems I was having back than. As for the server implemantation, i'm not sure.. I can't remember it any way. Tell me how to check this and I'll update this post.

    What I tried:
    Upgrade to 1.1.14 <-- Failed
    Upgrade to 1.1.0 <-- Failed

For both the update script just stop without any information about why so. For both apache2 was having the same problem, on start of apache; (2)No such file or directory: Couldn't start ErrorLog process

What did work, was go from master 20130723 to 1.1.0 RC3

But upgrading from that also isn't working, and has the same result as above.

Any help would be very much appreciated!

    PS.
I was running debian 7.3 this morning. Because all of these problems I updated debian to 7.6, to find out I still have the same problems, unfortunately...

I found the setup log, so here it is (from master 20130723 to 1.1.14):

In the trac I see it as fixed (quit a lot of messages actually for this one subject)

What would be the best way to test the latest master/fix?
Use the nightly script or update the files manually according to the data on github?

    Edit:
Ok, this morning all the mails that where stored in the forwarded account just got forwarded. They have been there for over a week, and now, all of a sudden, without doing anything they got send to the destination.

I'll implement the fix anyway because i don't know why it did work now, and not before

Ha ok so forgot my previous answer and just ask your customer to fix its DNS.

    Cheers;

That's exactly what I just did.
Just needed to be pointed in the right direction.
Completely forgot the relation between the used IP address and the Vhost ;)

So as far as i'm concerned this one is solved (because there was nothing wrong with i-mscp).

    Hello ;

Sound like a vhost problem. Can you post the domain related vhost file (apache) and ensure that this vhost file is active. Thanks.

I assume you want the one in sites-enabled?

Delete index and picture Dir before uploading ;)

Just gave that a try (delete everything in the htdocs folder and than upload a simple test page with just a simple index.html showing hello world). That doesn't solve anything, the problem still exists.

In the ftp (in the htdocs folder) i uploaded a file called index.html

If i go to http://domain/index.html I get a 404 file not found error.
If i go to http://domain i go to the admin panel.

So it looks like that apache is pointing to a wrong directory for some strange reason.

    Hello all,

Yet another problem (and that before the last one is even solved).
I'm Using 1.1.0 beta 2 on a fresh debian install.

I just added a new domain and now when i go to that page i go to the login panel.
The user has already uploaded all his files and still I keep going to the login panel.

I also tried rebuilding the config files with ismcp-setup but that didn't fix it.

    Anybody have any possible solutions/tips??

Also, if more info is needed, just ask.
