I'm sorry but we will not integrate it. We integrate only the most used tools. Adminer is not an interface commonly used for Mysql administration.

Whatever, you can always install it by hand on your server and then add a custom button for it. Later I'll see if I provides a plugin to allow to replace default integrated tools but for now, it's not our primary task.
