You migrated from ispCP to the stable i-MSCP version, right ? If yes, the -r option is not available in this version (will be ignored). You must so :

Edit both /etc/imscp/imscp.conf and /etc/imscp/imscp.old.conf manually and replace the value of the AWSTATS_MODE parameter (Should be 1 for static).

I think the ssh2 bindings are available in Debian repository. Under ubuntu, I see them:

The imscp-setup script will only reconfigure the whole. imscp-autoinstall is more for new install and update.
