Soweit ich das sehe sollte es i-mscp egal sein, was du noch so am Server installierst. Du kannst es halt über das Control Panel nicht für einzelne User de/aktivieren.
Du solltest es nur auch in die Apache Vorlagen einpflegen damit es dann auch bei neuen Domains geht. Oder direkt in die apache.conf rein.

Otherwise you should Update to 1.2.15 or newer (maybe not .17 if using SSL Websites)

Do you know DNS?
Do you know a little linux/debian/ubuntu?
Do you have a Server/vServer?
There are two different mail addresses (btw - send your real IPs and domains and mail addresses ONLY via PM!)
the one with ...law.com which points to a bgdns server (is this yours?) can not be verified as there are too many errors... but comes from a marksys.... server -> I think DNS problem!
the second with marksys... which points to a server with the IP address starting with 164.138.... (is this yours?) that is not working as the mail address is not enabled there.
So in short: the ...law.com mx is not set to the outgoing server - so you cannot receive mails using ...law.com mail addresses.
Change your DNS Settings!
send me your real server ip via pm.
If you want I can help you with it. set me some kind of admin or reseller account on your server and I will have a look.

ist die falsche Datei. Da hab ich den Wald vor lauter Bäumen nicht gesehen 
Du musst die config.inc.php im Verzeichnis /var/www/imscp/gui/public/tools/pma ändern/hinzufügen.
dann ein
service imscp_panel restart
