Do you have you SSL activated? If not, there is no port active on your nginx or apache...
Is it a "new" installation? This is only for i-mscp 1.3.1 NEW and not upgrades (errata)
cloudflare is NOT supporting that, as you need the wrong ports for SSL <-> cloudflare.
Try the PanelRedirect Plugin.
Than you do not need any extra port.
Simply https://my.server.tld should do it.
I thought you have Full SSL - and there you will need any SSL Cert on the Server side. Lets encrypt, self-generated, ...
The standard i-mscp SSL Port is 4443. Maybe thats the problem.
1.) Disable Cloudflare (go to Domain - DNS - click the orange cloud - it will become grey and than try the port 4443)
2.) if it works, than you have the wrong port

3.) change the i-mscp standard port to 8443
4.) Enable Cloudflare (the orange cloud)
5.) try again the port 8443

Bin zwar kein Profi was das betrifft aber notfalls kannst du ja manuell das anpassen für jeden Ordner:
chown owner-user:owner-group directory/*

@Bulli - hmmmm, das wäre es wohl gewesen.... Aber wenn man nicht nach fix permissions googlet, bekommt man das leider nicht zu sehen. Werde es gleich versuchen.

Habe gestern mit dem (angepassten) BackupScript einen ersten Test unternommen und bin beim einspielen der Daten auf folgenden "Fehler" gestoßen, der mMn mit i-MSCP zusammen hängt.
Es wurden zwar die "Domainordner" (/var/www/virtual/Domain.tld/htdocs , backups, errors, cgi-bin, ..) korrekt an die User und Gruppen gebunden (zb vu2010), die Unterordner und Dateien wurden aber mit den alten Usern und Gruppen (zb 2040) gelassen. Sollte das reconfigure das nicht erledigen?

Edit: die backup Dateien wurden nach dem ersten lauf auf den korrekten user gesetzt.

So there *should* be some kind of permisson error.
The log files and all directories have the same permissions and groups and owners like any other imscp installation on my servers.
It is a vServer on proxmox (LXC) like most of my servers.

HDD 10 GB

I am trying to update a 1.2.16 to 1.3.10 and read the errata file.
