None of the fixes mentioned worked for me. I'm on Ubuntu 18.04.
I revoked all my LE SSL key from the panel, and generated them from the commandline certbot. (It generates the ssl, and the vhost). Ok the panel don't show me that the subdomain is ssl, but it working without any error.
It's a temporally fix for me, because it was annoying that all my ssl vhost was broken, and i know its not an ideal workaround.

Buster (OpenSSL 1.1.1d)
The letsencrypt certificates for the panel (Panel URL & imscp_services) are issued without any problems ...
But all LE certificates for the customers are shown as invalid (verification process fails)
For me the same.
From my all domain (wich had ssl conf in the apache directory), now there is no _ssl.conf file. The panel says "Wrong ssl certificate". This is so annoying 
I would be happy, if somebody can help me how to fix it.

It's a let's encrypt issue. The plugin need to be fixed for certbot r3. I hope it will come out soon. All my domains are affected too
I wil lgive a try to it. I hope this will fix my setup.
That recofigure will let all my reseller and domain remain or i need to rsetup all of them again?

Please somebody help me. Somehow i screwed up my installation. My apache randomly just freeze and hang on. I couldnt find what is the problem.
The another problem is that everytime if i add a new domain, or if my letsencrypt cert's are refreshed i need manually reload the apache.
Somebody can fix my installation to bugfix this errors, or i just need to reinstall everything?
Of Course, i dont ask the help for free!

The apache stop or freeze, can caused by the "max request worker" thing?
Yesterday i need to manually restart 3 times my apache. Here is n error log from apache (attached).
My crontab is from crontab imscp plugin. Nothing else touched with cron.
