Hi all,
I reinstall my VM, and i want to re install my I-MSCP, but i got error. Does any idea why i got error?
my VM is full updated ubuntu 18.04
I-MSCP version: 1.5.3

The owner of the ipaddress pool must set the Reverse DNS. BTW. You asked the wrong hoster.. the Domain Hoster is not able to set the PTR. You have to ask the Hoster of your Server. He is responsible for the ipaadress which is connected to your server!
I write them and they will be add that record. Thanks for help.

You have to ask your Server Hoster.. They are able to set the PTR to an ipaddress.
The domain hoster said it need to comfigure myself in my server. I'm the owner of the I-MSCP server.

Hy guys.
I have problem with PTR record. I have I-MSCP server with 3 domain. I would like to send email but it send me error to reverse DNS problem. Where can i add PTR record (i try it manual, but it kill all domain). My ISP is only redirect domains to my I-MSCP server. Help me please.
