I had the same issue. The update in the database and the renew.pl worked for me too. I was not able to solve it in the web gui.

But this workaround is only for the main domain and admin interface subdomain, right? I look for a way to use it for mail with every domain that have a lets encrypt certificate on that server. For example my server is maindomain.com and I would like to use it also for userdomain.com.

is there a way to use a certificate generated with the Let's Encrypt Plugin for i-MSCP on my mailserver too? At the moment my mailclient replies "the certificate is invalid"
