when i want add client, customer, user or domain, or mail system make white page with

I need help. I have version 1.1.14 i tryed upgrade to version 1.3.7 with autoinstall,
but there is problem with Monitorx, error and stop installation.

If i install back version 1.1.14 to uninstall plugin i can make nothing
If i want setting or add new domain system say:

Thank you for your fast reply, its good idea. The reason why i am hurry with change dist is problem with allow_url_fopen allow in 1.1.14
i cant find file where is off or on.
