For changing - please use following command perl imscp-autoinstall -dr ftpd

Do you use PHP-FPM or FastCGI?
Which PHP Version you have compiled?
If FPM and PHP 7.1 - please have a look at following conf file in this folder: /opt/phpswitcher/2017xxxx/php7.1/etc/php-fpm.d/ and your domain.tld.conf file!
Change the following rows do your needs:
php_admin_value[post_max_size] = xxM
php_admin_value[upload_max_filesize] = xxMAfter change, you need to restart the service with: service psw7.1-fpm restart
EDIT: Keep in mind, that this changes are not protected for updates!

Ich habe dann die Parameter der Sensitivität geändert, und danach hat es funktioniert!

First, it depends which Mysql Version you are running!
You can find the IMSCP-SQL-User (root rights) in the /etc/mysql/conf.d/imscp.cnf
Other parts are in your responsibility to administrate your server.
