The owner of the ipaddress pool must set the Reverse DNS. BTW. You asked the wrong hoster.. the Domain Hoster is not able to set the PTR. You have to ask the Hoster of your Server. He is responsible for the ipaadress which is connected to your server!

Wenn Du mit F5 erst das neue Zertifikat angezeigt bekommst hat das nichts mit dem Server zu tun.
Mit F5 läd nur Dein Browser alles neu rein- Den Fehler würde ich auf Deinem Rechner suchen!

I think it's beetter to use the email address of the reseller.
