I use phpswitch to install php 7.1.But it's not include memcached.How to add memcached it?

I have uninstall mailgraph (purge) and uninstall mailgraph plugin.
I reinstall mailgraph package and plugins.
I have mkdir tmp_graph
But always show the same error.
