Have you gotten started yet?
If you'd like to translate the i-MSCP core you could start out making an account on transifex.com, then navigate to https://www.transifex.com/sign…jects/p/i-MSCP/translate/
Join the language "teams" of the languages you'd like to translate.

If you'd like to translate plugins, that's a little different.
Start out making a Github account (if you haven't gotten that already) and go to the imscp/plugins repo.
You could search for files with name en_GB or nl_NL for translatable files.

Submit a PR when you're done and one of the maintainers will get to checking your contribution and if it's good merge your PR and commit it to the plugin branch.

He means in the domain list as a user and maybe reseller

I think he means an icon if a website has SSL enabled in the domain list

At this moment there's no seperate SSL log as far as I know.
Here's what you do:

The key goes in to the private key field (make sure it is not encrypted, if it is: decrypt it, or fill in the passphrase too)
The certificatefile goes into the server certificate field.

Now for the chain, if you use an older version of i-MSCP you will have to fill out the full chain of certificates (including the root cert).

In this order:
CA internediate chain
Root

What error do you get exactly and what version of i-MSCP do you use?

Just run the setup again the way you did before and choose a new database username, in my case I used proftpd and phpmyadmin.

I did get the first 2 warnings when trying to reproduce upgrading from 1.2.0 -> 1.2.1
The other ones I couldn't reproduce
Debian 7
VM with 4GB RAM

How large is the file?
Also check out the mysql process (ssh->htop), is it overly active?

What you could do is put the SQL file in /var/www/imscp/gui/data/uploads/
Then you'd be able to import it from there on.
Make sure to remove the file afterwards, because all users can import the file if signed in.

You could also use the mysqladmin command to import the file into the DB over SSH
