I don't get any tips in several answers to solve my problem self in serveral hours.... NO,
You have rather fixed my problem even personally remotely to my machine immediately .This is more like a normal forum here. It's a realtime help Desk for user from i-mscp. And all for free. big compliment!
I am very pleased that I was able to watch live.The problem was found in my own old iptables rules, that were loaded via /etc/network/interfaces pre load rule.After removing the rules and updatingl i-mscp everything was ok. Thank you a lot for your support!!!

Indeed, after your question i'am not sure, if i really did downggraded with the wrong version.I'll try to find out which version was installed before.

I installed more than one server in past. so the signature can possible be wrong.

i installed 1.2.16 on my yubuntu 14 system with errors

the web sites shows now: Internal Server Error!
restarting apache, mysql doesen't work.
rebooting machine helps to show webseites. But several system mails with warnings

ubuntu system send me now erro mails for proftpd (runs as standalone) and /usr/sbin/sendmail-msp: not found

Perhaps there any szenario to restore imscp installation from yesterday before update?

i have installed imscp 1.3.x
i tried to delete a sub domain and got a exception per mail. for me it's not bad, but perhaps anybody (nuxwin?) wants to get the mails/content from mail.

My actual problem i could solve:
i copied the records in imscp database table ftp_users into a new record. Then i edited the username from myusername@mydomain to "myusername"

after thet i found in imscp controlpanel both ftp users and logon with both names is possible. This is only a work around for my project.

For new accounts in future theese usernames with @domain ok for me, too.

solved.
