I have the same error, upgraded from 1.1.21, same config as above, newest monitorix plugin.
I thing the error is this folder path, especially in the double slash, which makes the path invalid.

Where do I need to change the path? I cant find it...

If I understand you correct, you mix here the "About me"(shown below you profile picture on the left) section in your profile with the signature (below every post), to find under Settings->Signature

here's the detailed "manual"

• Download and untar the plugin to /var/www/imscp/gui/public/tools/webmail/plugins
• Adjust the owner of the plugin folder, e.g. chown vu2000:vu2000 -R /var/www/imscp/gui/public/tools/webmail/plugins/rc_smime
• Open /var/www/imscp/gui/public/tools/webmail/config/main.inc.php and add the plugin name (folder name) to the plugins array, e.g. $rcmail_config['plugins'] = array("rc_smime")

Just discovered this roundcube plugin: https://github.com/Takika/rc_smime
It adds a green bar for S/MIME messages, showing the signature details.

I'm pretty sure you don't have your own NS and use the one from your provider instead...
Your domain at least says that u use:
Name Server: ROOT-DNS.NETCUP.NET
Name Server: SECOND-DNS.NETCUP.NET
Name Server: THIRD-DNS.NETCUP.NET
