A completely new I-MSCP release is not really necessary right now ...

Debian LTS will receive security updates until 2022-06-30 and PHP will continue to be updated via the sury.org sources.

Wouldn't it be possible to update just the external apps like Roundcube (1.4.9) and phpMyAdmin (4.9.7) in the Github sources until a new version of I-MSCP is ready?

That would be really helpful for now and it wouldn't be such a huge effort.

    -------------------------

    - IMSCP: 1.5.3

    - Distribution: Debian 9

    - Proftpd

    - PHP FPM

    - MariaDB 10.1

    - Dovecot

    - Roundcube

    - Web2FTP

    - Plugins:

PMA Captcha, RoundCubePlugins, SpamAssassin , LetsEncrypt, PHPswitcher, ClamAV, WHMCS

That would be a good idea only the problem we always have, as I see that the plugin PhpSwitcher always has to be partially updated because for example for php7.3 and php7.4 for the current version I need a patch again because there is a Error message comes see here.

It seems that a patch is needed again because it shows an error when installing php7.3.24.

When installing php7.4.12 exactly the same problem
