wie gesagt erstmal auf die aktuelle 1.3.8 wechseln denn solltes du keine Probleme haben und errata lesen wie @Nuxwin schrieb da dort alles Steht was sich geändert hat und welche Port jetzt benutz werden.

The PHP development team announces the immediate availability of PHP 7.1.0. This release is the first point release in the 7.x series.
