this annoying as anything from facebook gets rejected.

since facebook have a few thousands of servers how can i white-list all?
google, yahoo and other commercial mail servers dont have this problem.

my question is how do they white-list all facebook servers or how do you white-list all facebook servers using postfix, policy and or postgrey?

I still want to use the imscp policy and postgrey because they are really good at doing there job

ok no need to answer this.
and for other newbies out there like me to linux, cron jobs is where jobs are automatically carried out and in my case "backups" are included too.

is there documentation on the built in backup function and if so can one provide me a link.

i enabled domain backup went to tools and there is only a restore button.
1, how to manually start a backup
2, if the backup is automatic what days does it run, what times
3, where do i go to set my own times schedule
4, if a user on front end writes to the db while backup is active what
effects will the user experience

when someone types http://www.bbb.com in their browser i want them see the pages in http://www.aaa.com.

i got imscp just running perfect everything sweet. just like to know if i can i install spamassassin without breaking imscp from cli or is there a special path to do this?

after a few hours today of doing a process of elimination i think i have have found the cause.

any hosting plan that has the"software installer" and a "back up" mode selected at the same time will cause that plan not to appear in the drop down list when adding a new customer

just did a clean install.
created the admin then a reseller and 4 hosting packages all enabled.
went to add a client and the "Choose hosting plan" only shows 3 of the 4 package.

is 3 packages the maximum allowed that one can have or
is there something i overlooking

hi all
i want to use ssl primary for postfix then domain
is there a guide to get SSL working?

i bought the ssl from geotrust.
from them i have the key, intermediate and ca files.
on my side i got the csr, key and crt files

1, i first checked if SSL was enabled on sys tools and it was on.
2, i then done the perl autoinstall (thanks for helping) and added the ssl ip.
3, i then switched to reseller > user > domains then clicked on view certs
i copied and pasted the 3 files it wanted without password. status says ok
but there is nothing in the panel to state whether ssl is working or not.
and if it associated with the ip address.

i took it a bit futher and tried
cd /var/www/imscp/engine/setup
perl ./imscp-setup --reconfigure ssl

after me telling it that i wanted ssl and so forth i eventually arrived at a file browser waiting for me to put a file in. there is nothing to say which file to select, so i tried 4 files and the file browser was just there as if all 4 files were not what is was looking for lol
