backup option

    When creating a website, you can activate the backup of SQL, FTP
    or both. I set the option to "Yes" for the SQL database, but the backup is not done
    no.


    Is this normal?

    Per default backup will be created 00.00 o'clock every day. When did you set your changes?

    Yes the backup will then be created in the backups folder of the customers root directory (when you login via ftp to /).

    strange there is no backup, while the option is enabled for the client.
