Problem nach E-Mail Konto Änderung

    Hallo,


    ein Kunde hat leider ein Problem bei einem seiner eMail Konten, hierum geht es sogar um seine wichtigste inklusiver vieler wichtiger mails.


    Er hat zuerst ein normales eMail Konto erstellt gehabt und mit dem seidher so gearbeitet, nun wollte er das die mails zusätzlich an ein 2. Postfach gesendet werden und hat dazu einfach die Funktion Email Konto bearbeiten im Panel benutzt.
    Leider steht nun seid einigen Stunden "Änderung in Bearbeitung" und das Postfach ist auch nicht mehr erreichbar per Login. Dazu ist ein weiteres bearbeiten Nicht Verfügbar N/A.


    Handelt es sich hierbei um ein Bug in der Software ?


    Genutzt wird Debian Wheezy immer das aktuellste und iMSCP 1.1.20 ebenfalls immer das aktuellste.



    Bräuchte hierzu schnellstens Hilfe da der Kunde echt verzweifelt ist.

    Without the logs, we cannot help you. I've just tested the following:


    1. I've created a new mail account (Result: OK)
    2. I've edited that mail account and forwarded it to another mail (Result: OK)


    To resume, I'm not able to reproduce the problem.

    I think I mentioned this in advance hemacht and it worked, but it was also in an earlier version.

    I can tell you create an admin account then you can see for yourself on diesm server.


    Or SSH access is also possible.

    Apache log has nothing to do with email...

    Ich habe eben bemerkt das es generell nicht funktioniert email Konten zu bearbeiten oder hinzuzufügen.
    Beim hinzufügen von email adressen / konten wird lediglich die mailadresse in die Liste genommen und es steht ständig "wird hinzugefügt" dran mehr passiert nicht.


    Hat sonst keiner das Problem ?
    ich hab erst vor kurzem auf 1.1.20 aktualisiert davor war es definitiv möglich.

    Wir haben den Fehler gefunden und beseitigt.

    Schön, das es gelöst ist. Aber worin lag das Problem?
    Nicht persönlich nehmen, aber ist ein Forum nicht auch dazu da anderen eine mögliche Lösung anzubieten?

    Wenn ich das so genau wüsste hätte ich was dazu geschrieben aber wir haben den Server neugestartet und das imscp setup nochmals duchlaufen lassen, dann funktionierte alles wieder.
    Die Dienste liefen alle laut imscp Übersicht.
