where is the SSL control panel located in 1.1.20?

hi
during the 1.1.20 installation update i thought that i saw an option for ssl control panel.
i chose to have it installed but clicked no to the other ssl options since i have not purchased ssl at this moment.
does this mean that the control panel was not loaded or is it installed but not enabled has i cannot find it.

im about to buy ssl for mail but wanted to get a feel for the ssl control panel

If you activated ssl for the control panel but have no valid cert, you can access it via https instead of http. If you bought an certificate, just rerun the installer with -rd ssl (should be ssl :D)
