Enable Plugin Events in adding Catch all and editing

Hi,

The subject kind of says it all. I have external MX servers that handle mail routing to multiple servers (imscp servers). Every time a mail user is added in imscp or edited a custom plugin tells a main server about the user/email and to what server the mail should be routed. Now I would love to add catch all which would also have to be handled on those same MX servers.

I can of course add this myself, but it would be wiped away by the next update. So please.
