Zonename not delivered to secondary DNS

  • @Kazuto

You must setup your server hostname correctly. The message is clear enough ;)

    I did :D
echo 'host.kazuto.de' > /etc/hostname and I used "host.kazuto.de" as the FQHN during installation.

I've requested my hoster to change the PTR-Record to kazuto.de to make the Reverse DNS more simple ^^

  • I know now why the error appeared, the hostname wasn't updated and therefore they didn't matched.

I've reinstalled it again and now there is no error.
This is what I've did so far:
vServer: changed the hostname to host.kazuto.de and used it as the FQHN during installation. Entered 217.70.142.96 as a slave.
Server Host: Changed rDNS to kazuto.de
Domain Provider: change the Nameserver to "ns1.kazuto.de" and "ns2.kazuto.de" Screenshot
    i-MSCP: named.conf.options | kazuto.de.db | acp.kazuto.de.db (217.70.142.66 is imwx's nameserver and 217.70.142.96 is imwx's AXFR server)
    imwx.de: NS-Set | Nameserver
