in our case, we have 4 hosting packages, lets called them 1-2-3-4
When a client with e.g. package 2, 3 or 4 goes into General Information -> Hosting Plan Update, it gives him a warning that he got more SQL databases then the new hosting plan allows, because package 1 is lower then the one he got.
But that alarm shouldn't be shown until he actually tries to downgrade to a smaller package.
It confuses the client that the warnings are there right away, as he then thinks he cant upgrade either because of this.
