Apache neustart schlägt fehl in Verbindung mit Logrotate

@Nuxwin Today were back 3 failures of Apache2.

10:12 am
12:17 pm

It seems to me as if it were now and forever every 1-2 hours.

No problem, the workflow system starts the apache2 service automatically when it is down.
