Ticket #1035 (bug with resolve.conf if using external NS) created

    it seems there is a bug with resolve.conf after upgrading 1.0.7 to 1.1.2
    relsove.conf contains only 1 entry:
    nameserver 127.0.0.1

    so the mailserver was not able to send out all the emails

    now I have added my external NS entrys into this linked file and it start working again, but I gues it will be overwritten again ...
