i have test a migration from ispcp 1.0.7 to i-mscp 1.0.1.6 (a copy of production server)
with dovecot and apache-itk options : it's work fine
i have test 2 install from sctrach of i-smcp 1.0.1.6 and works too.
i wiil be test a migration from 1.0.7 to i-mscp 1.0.1.5 and update to 1.0.1.6, wait and see.
good job i-mscp team, i love apache itk.
i tried to change to apache-itk today but get the same error as before:

/etc/init.d/apache2 stop -> and Close all process vu2000 user before install (php process)

Cool, servers are stopped (including apache) before this step so in theory php processes should be stopped too. But this is a major problem for fcgi managers that does not properly kill zombie processes. So this is in theory a bug in fcgid / fastcgi. We can add a kill command to ensure that all processes are terminated (I`ll talk to Laurent see also his opinion on this)
