Automatic creation of customer database?

What is your question exactly? Customers can create its own Database and SQL users through their interface under the limit set by their reseller.

Such feature is not part of i-MSCP. You must so create a Hook file, which will do that job automatically when you create a new customer.

I can code such a script for you for 30 €
