Trunk might become broken

This evening I`ll merge my branche into trunk. Since 80% of engine is rewritten I do expect to be some bugs, so please do not upgrade productive system after my work is merged, until further tests. Also I ask you to help with testing because is a large amount of work and I can not test alone all part of if. Thank you.

Branche is into trunk. Please test and report founded bugs.
What`s new:
1. bind can work as slave or master having 0 or more additional ns
2. apache config files: split per domain / subdomain.
3. php.ini configurable as
user: 1php.ini file foreach system user (old way)
domain: 1 php.ini for each domain / alias
subdomain: 1 php.ini for each domain / alias /subdomain / subdomain alias
Maybe more thing I can not remember.
