hello, I reinstalled ubuntu 18.04 on my VPS. when installing i-mscp 1.5.3, regardless of the php version I choose to install, 5.6 7.0 7.1 does not work because regex removed the versions mentioned above from the support.
Any solution?

There is no way currently to install i-MSCP on ubuntu because it is outdated.
i-MSCP could not be installed on Ubuntu
You can try install "unofficial" way for 20.04+ but it might not work well. Currently if you're setting something new, it's better to go on keyhelp control panel or something else.

Is it not possible to install php versions manually so that I can install i-mscp?

Why would you want to use outdated software? That's like still using Windows XP, for which there are as few updates as for i-mscp, because the development has not been continued for YEARS.
