POT and PO files are available here: https://github.com/i-MSCP/imscp/tree/1.4.x/i18n On a production i-MSCP instance, the PO files are compiled in machine object files (MO) and are stored in the /var/www/imscp/gui/i18n/locales/ directory.
If you want translate i-MSCP in your language without using transifex, you can grab the https://github.com/i-MSCP/imscp/blob/1.4.x/i18n/iMSCP.pot file and create the PO file for your language using a translator tool such as PoEdit. Once done, you must compile it in machine object file and once done, you should be able to upload the file through the frontEnd (admin interface).
