If i change the hostname trought reconfigure, it will be changed automaticly on the hole system?
I want to change the panel hoster and hostname (for mails)

Yes. For changing both, run: perl /var/www/imscp/engine/setup/imscp-reconfigure -dar hostnames
Once done, logout and login again to see the change on console prompt.
