I have done so as you said that but the problem is still there
open_basedir Error. open_basedir has value. Please clear value for open_basedir from php.ini

Please have a look into your php configuration-file, if open_basedir is empty now and also please post your listener-file (with editor-tags).

Allgemein:
Listener-files sind nur oben im gekennzeichneten Bereich zu editieren, drunter ist die Logik. Ich würde das listener-file eventuell mal wieder sauber reinkopieren und die Änderungen im Kopfbereich übernehmen.. -
